Do you ship to my country?
  Please create an account by clicking the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
What is the return policy?
  As you can imagine, you wouldn't expect NovaNutrients to ship product to you that could have been returned/tampered with by someone else, which is why we cannot accept opened bottles of used product.

If you are not satisfied, contact our Customer Service Department at 855-657-7700.

  • To get a refund (less shipping charges), the product must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days.
  • There is a 15% restocking fee for returns.
  • If there is any sign that the product has been opened or any sign of usage, the return will not be accepted for a refund.
  • Please note that all returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before a refund is issued.
  • Original shipping or return shipping is not included in the refund.
  • Items received beyond the eligibility date of 30 days will be discarded and a refund will not be issued.
  • Any returned item(s) rejected by our Returns Department may be claimed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact Customer Service directly to set this up by calling (877) 877-4566 or emailing info@novanutrients.com.
  • Rejected returns are only held for 14 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 14 days will be discarded.
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment

Returns may be refused on an individual basis due to repeat patterns.
