How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is shipping?
  We use the USPS to ship our orders at an economical shipping rate of only $6.95 per order.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return product?
  As you can imagine, you wouldn't expect NovaNutrients to ship product to you that could have been returned/tampered with by someone else.

  • In order to get a full refund* (less shipping charges), the product must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days.
  • If there is any sign that the product has been opened or any sign of usage, the return will not be accepted for a refund. Please note that all returns are carefully inspected by the Returns Department before a refund is issued.
  • Original shipping or return shipping is not included in the refund.
  • Items received beyond the eligibility date of 30 days will be discarded and a refund will not be issued.
  • Any returned item(s) rejected by our Returns Department may be claimed by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact Customer Service directly to set this up by calling (855) 657-7700 or emailing info@novanutrients.com.
  • Rejected returns are only held for 14 days. Items that are not requested to be returned to the Customer within 14 days will be discarded.
*Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment.

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving your order, 855-657-7700.

When will my order ship?
  Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
